What is delalicosmetics.com returns policy?
Your foundation is not matching? Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions or concerns with your order via email: support@delalicosmetics.com

Absolutely No Returns on Sale items. ALL sale are Final.

Exchange Policy Per Category

We at Délali Robinson Cosmetics work hard to offer high-quality, vegan friendly , and cruelty-free goods at affordable prices.  Due to this mission statement, we can only accept exchanges on products if they are unopened  and unused.
For all exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping fee of the returned item.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUND ON SHIPPING FEE.

FOR EYESHADOWS, BROWS PRODUCTS AND LINERS:  We will allow the exchange or store gift card for any unopened item within 7 days of delivery which is recorded in our Shopify account. 

We DO NOT Accept returns or exchange for our liquid lipsticks.

 

Please also note: Because our products are so affordably priced, sale prices are only for the stated sale time. WE DO NOT OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If I make a return, will the cost of shipping and handling be returned?
We do not refund shipping costs associated with returns.

What if I received an incorrect or damaged item?

How do I return products?
We recommend using a traceable method such as USPS Insured Parcel Post or Regular Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Original packing slip should be included noting items being returned. Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return package at our returns facility. If you are unable to find your packing list, please contact Customer Service at support@delalicosmetics.com  for assistance.

How long does it take to process a refund on a canceled order?
We can Only refund unprocessed orders. You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to contact our sales department and ask for your order to be cancelled.

An email notification will be sent once the order has been cancelled and processed. It may take 1 or 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I have lost my packing slip?
If you have lost your packing slip, please contact Customer Service at support@delalicosmetics.com.
